GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the general terms and conditions for cold storage, warehousing, and other service activities operated by Frost & Go Kft. (Company Reg. No: 15-09-072658, Registered Office: 4553 Apagy, Meleghegy, Tax No: 14297610-2-15), as the Contractor (hereinafter: Contractor).

2. Basic Provisions 2.1. Matters not regulated in these Rules shall be governed by Hungarian law, particularly the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk."). 2.3. Customer service hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00–16:00. Receipt/Release of goods: Workdays 7:00– 15:00. Customs clearance: Mon–Thu 8:00–14:30, Fri 8:00–12:00.

3. Scope of Services

  • Product sales
  • Contract storage (chilled, frozen, dry goods)
  • Contract freezing
  • Fruit and vegetable processing
  • Leasing of food processing technology and machinery

4. Service Prices Determined based on individual needs assessment and written quotes. Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Processing of Orders Orders must be submitted in writing and must include the Customer's details, contact person, and the exact quantity/type of service.

6. Payment and Default Invoices are issued monthly. In case of payment delays, the Contractor is entitled to late payment interest as defined by the Civil Code. After a delay of more than 15 days, the Contractor may terminate the contract with immediate effect and exercise a lien on the stored goods.7. Storage and Removal Notifications for storage or removal must be made 3 working days in advance.

8. Penalties If the goods are not removed within 3 working days after the contract expires, a daily penalty of 1.5% of the contractual value of the goods applies.

10. Liability The Contractor's liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service in the last year.

12. Miscellaneous Disputes shall be settled primarily through negotiation. For unresolved legal disputes, the jurisdiction of the Nyíregyháza District Court or Nyíregyháza Regional Court is stipulated.
